1.Converting large paper archives to searchable cloud-based digital archives, where AI is used to economically and accurately auto-classify documents, extract metadata from documents, and let users find documents using natural language queries. Before AI, unconstrained handwritten information (including cursive script) was impossible for machines to convert to searchable text, therefore digitization projects were very labor intensive and expensive. Current successful uses cases of the technology include Student Transcripts, which vary widely in structure and content, and older transcripts often include hand-printed information.

2.Replacing paper-forms with e-Forms and replacing email routing with a low-code BPM processes that often automate many labor-intensive tasks. AI can spot patterns in the underlying data that humans cannot see, helping to gain insight rapidly.
